Dudley H. Willis graduated from Norwich University in 1964 (cum laude), from Boston University Law School in 1967 and from Georgetown University Law School in 1974 (cum laude LLM Tax).  Mr. Willis served in Vietnam as a Captain in the 25th Infantry Division from 1968-1970.  Following his service he was a staff attorney for the Security and Exchange Commission, Washington, D. C. from 1970-1974 and then joined the firm where he now practices.  He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1967 and to the District of Columbia Bar in 1973, and is Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rated.

Mr. Willis has focused his practice in the areas of estate planning, taxation and securities law since 1974.  He is also a director and counsel to Saltonstall & Co., Inc. a wealth management firm.

Mr. Willis has been active in community and charitable affairs, serving as Chairman of the Board for the Rivers School of Weston, the 4-H Foundation, the Sherborn Library Board and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Perkins School, and on the Board of the Tufts Medical Center. He is also a trustee for the Richard Charitable Foundation and the Sanders Fund of Boston.

Mr. Willis served on the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Committee from 1994 to 1999 and on the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development from 1992 to 1998.

Mr. Willis resides in Sherborn, MA, with his wife, Sally, with whom he has four grown children.  His personal interests include tennis, golf, gardening and hunting.
