LITIGATION

Our lawyers have represented clients in trial and appellate courts in Massachusetts and elsewhere in cases spanning the spectrum of the law,  including business disputes, real estate, personal injury, intellectual property, insurance coverage, taxation, and probate matters. Our lawyers have experience in all phases of litigation, beginning with pleadings and pre-trial relief such as injunctions, restraining orders, and attachments, as well as post-pleading motions practice, discovery, trials and appeals.

In addition to civil litigation, we represent individuals in criminal defense matters on a selective basis.

Our litigation clients are individuals, start-up and mature businesses in a variety of industries, and non-profit entities. In every litigation setting, our goal is to secure the optimal outcome for our clients in a manner that is sensitive to the client's objectives and resources.
