NINA Y. LEE concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate and residential real estate. She is a graduate of Stanford University and University of California Hastings College of the Law and is admitted to practice in California in addition to Massachusetts.

Ms. Lee’s clients include professional fiduciaries, banks and other attorneys who seek out her expertise in dealing with the various probate courts in Massachusetts and in practicing under the recently enacted Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code. Her dexterity in crafting sophisticated estate plans that provide flexibility and optimize the interplay of estate and income taxes has been honed over her 20+ years of practice.

Ms. Lee also practices real estate law, representing residential sellers and landlords.

Ms. Lee is a member of the Boston Probate and Estate Planning Forum and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.

In her leisure time, Ms. Lee enjoys hiking, gardening, creative writing and dining au buffet.
