ESTATE PLANNING, SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES, TRUST MANAGEMENT, AND PROBATE PROCEEDINGS

Our lawyers advise individuals and families, privately-held businesses and family charitable trusts and foundations in the establishment and administration of trusts, estates and related tax matters. We additionally represent clients in will contests and other types of probate litigation. We work with our clients to optimize their ownership and disposition of assets and to minimize estate tax obligations. Our services in these areas consist of:

    • Basic wills, powers of attorney and health care proxies
    • Revocable and irrevocable trusts to minimize transfer taxes and provide for management of family wealth, including family real estate holdings
    • Charitable trusts, personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, family limited partnerships and other tax efficient planning arrangements
