Simonds, Winslow, Willis & Abbott, Professional Association, is located in Boston’s Financial District and is presently comprised of ten attorneys and three administrative staff.

Among the prominent practice areas of Simonds Winslow’s attorneys are estate planning and administration; commercial and residential real estate transactions and proceedings; business formation and transactions; litigation, trials and appeals; and taxation of individuals, businesses and estates.

History
Simonds, Winslow, Willis & Abbott traces its roots to 1903 when Stanley Bolster joined the law office of his law school classmates William Vincent and Sydney Wrightington at 84 State Street in Boston. In 1935 the Association moved to its present location at 50 Congress Street. In 1963 Henry D. Winslow joined the Association, followed in 1969 by John L. Simonds. The office then operated under the name Bolster, Lane, Simonds, Wadsworth & Winslow. In 1978, the Association adopted its present name, Simonds, Winslow, Willis & Abbott. Mr. Winslow and Mr. Simonds both passed away in 1999.
